History

Established on March 13, 2013, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) at Piri Reis University was founded with the vision of becoming one of Turkey’s leading “Maritime-Themed” universities, offering student-centered, innovative, entrepreneurial, and modern education with a global perspective.

Since its establishment, the faculty has maintained a student-centered, innovative, and developmental approach to education. With this vision, it offers programs designed to meet the needs of the modern business world, ensuring that its graduates build successful careers in both the maritime sector and other industries.

Currently, FEAS offers five departments tailored to the needs of the contemporary business world:

• Economics and Finance
• Maritime Business Management
• Logistics Management
• Management Information Systems

These departments provide students with a broad spectrum of career opportunities.
