Additional Exams for Graduation
ARTICLE 30
(1) Students who have at most two remaining courses (excluding internships) required for graduation and who have met the attendance requirements and completed the coursework may take an additional graduation exam within 15 days after the final exams, upon the decision of the relevant administrative board. The maximum passing grade for this exam is CC. If a student fails this additional graduation exam, they must retake the course.
(2) Additional exams are only available for courses in which the student has received an FF or FD grade.
(3) Additional exams are subject to a fee, which is determined annually by the Board of Trustees.

Make-up and Grade Improvement Exams
ARTICLE 28
(1) A make-up exam is conducted at the end of each academic semester on dates specified in the approved academic calendar. Students who were eligible to take the final exam for a course but did not attend or who failed with an FD or FF grade may take the make-up exam. There are no excuses allowed for missing a make-up exam.
(2) The same grading rules that apply to final exams also apply to make-up exams. The grade obtained in the make-up exam replaces the final exam grade. Students who fail to attend the make-up exam will receive an FF grade for the course.
(3) Students who have passed all courses but have a CGPA below 2.00, as well as associate degree students wishing to graduate at the end of their fourth semester but have a CGPA below 2.00, may take a grade improvement exam for courses in which they previously received a conditional pass (DD or DC grade). The new grade will be recorded on the transcript. If a student fails to raise their CGPA after two attempts, they must retake the course(s) in which they received a DD or DC grade.
(4) Students who take a grade improvement exam for an associate degree and later decide to continue their undergraduate studies will have their improvement exam grades nullified.
(5) If a student receives an FF or FD grade in the grade improvement exam, they must retake the course(s) in the following semester.
